vaers - Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System records only about 1% of vaccine adverse events, pharma says this system is not reliable because it is mostly self-reported as many doctors previously did not know it even existed. But can a mother not recognize their child being injured shortly after taking a vaccine? Do we need a doctor to certify the injury for it to be valid information? Well maybe yes, but when you have 10,000s of reports every year, well, I believe the parents, they know their child. Doctors today mostly look at computer screens and not at their patient.

The official answer from VAERS is about 3,200, but since it's a fact that only 1% to 10% of incidents are reported to theirs, that number is an actual fact around 300,000.
