I am not sure why she is highlighting this video because it seems to me it is advocating for cloud seeding, and the end of the video states of clear belief in global warming. Regarding the issue of cloud seeding, like so many other things these pseudoscientists do, they never get around to asking the simple question as to whether they should be doing it.

Right, Climate change is caused by Mankind, but only by those who are spraying the clouds.
