Second posting on the video, the first just 1/2 hour ago. After doing my due diligence this video is BULL SHIT! The reference document and how it is being read and presented does not exist. Supremecourt.gov search opinions 12-398 is about possible patent of gene therapy for breast and ovarian cancer. The company involved has identified the genes that cause these two types of cancer. At issue was there therapy patentable. The opinion was yes. There was talk what so ever that the patient would then be considered a trans human and therefor owned by the company who created the therapy. This opinion was in 2012/2013. It has nothing to do with any of the claims made by the subject in this video. This person like "our leaders" are falsely presenting untruths in order to fit their agenda. So that I am clear. The information presented in this video is untrue.

Sorry, but a good portion of Judge Scala's determination is missing. He did not side with the ability to patent because RNA cannot exist without the DNA.
