This creature should not give us laws, because the laws are the Laws of God, which it is her duty to uphold - not to create. But she is a liar, because it is her Royal Assent which makes the ridiculous statutes and regulations of parliament into statute law, which is the law therefore that she does give us; although all are unlawful unless, as Sir Wm. Blackstone stated, they conform with the laws of God. If they do not, then they are merely the offering of contract, which it is ours whether to agree to, or reject.
