Maybe he means the moon is the mirror or optics reflecting earth below?

Maybe i'm being effected by aerosol operations the poison spray chemdust? But unless he is saying the mirror in this demonstration is as the dome above, aka the Firmament, then i don't understand this test? Like as the sun moves away the view is effected, if it is a projection? Or what, i know we don't live on a 1000mph spinning ball.
