Another problem with vacuum is the human body wants to expand also. Everywhere a molecule of air is located it will expand under vacuum. Take an empty balloon, tie it off, put it in a vacuum jar, pump it down to 30"hgt, and there'll be no room inside the jar by the expansion of the balloon. The other problem is your DNA has to continually replicate and make mRNA which means it needs the 4 amino acids ACTG in order to do it with. You'll not find them in outer space, the Moon or Mars as far as that matters.
