You are arguing the the earth is flat using evidence that its round (not seeing the big dipper in low and southern latitudes.) Not being able to see the big dipper in south America is evidence that the world is not flat (i.e. round) If the world was flat you *would* be able to see the big dipper from south America.
Also astronomers have been measuring proper motion of stars for a long time. Its not very fast. So your arguments that the constellations still looking a lot like they used to 20,000 years ago are not very strong.
