They are 3 problems.....in your mind. But to all critical thinking people and of science these problems do not exist. Btw the reason why it took Apollo missions 3 days to reach the Moon is that the moon, earth and the Apollo rockets are all in unison moving through space. The moon measures 238,000 miles in a direct line from the earth but if you rocket to the moon you must aim for a place where the Moon will be in space and related to earth 3 days from now. Laser ranging can accurately measure the moon distance from earth at the speed of light . We can measure the Sun and the other planets in similar ways. But hey, you keep on believing. Obtw what is the firmament made out of?

I always wondered how the Earth's atmosphere could meet the vacuum of space. It doesn't make any sense to me either. Keep up the good fight brother 💪

Gravity effects the atmosphere just as it affects liquids and physical matter.
