I don't think society will make it to a Passport, the efficacy is showing too many side effects and it's getting worst. Then there's the shedding of virions process. This exchange of respiratory virions back and forth from one to another vaccinated person is probably going to wreak havoc on the immune system. Only those who haven't been vaccinated will have a fighting chance against these mutated virions from vaccinated people.
