Does this apply to entering private trading premises such as shops? In NSW Australia we are told to scan a QR code and enter details on the government app to enter any place of business. So far I have avoided downloading the app and not scanned QR codes. But haven't had any business wanting to press the issue yet but I'm sure it will come.
