If there is a God, Why Does He Let Bad Things Happen to Good People

  - 42:49

A difficult question can only be answered by what God says. "Seeking good” in Psalm 69:32 leads to God's definition of good in Luke 18:19, Mark 10:18, and Matthew 19:17.

I was led down the trail. A very interesting trail that never seems to end, these words and verses. In the night, I heard, "follow thou me", which is from John 21:22. Finding, and going forth, and sending, and following. The final in these meditations, Matthew 7:7. .Psalms 69:32 The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall liue that seeke good. .Proverbs 11:27 He that diligently seeketh good, procureth fauour: but hee that seeketh mischiefe, it shall come vnto him. .Amos 5:14 Seeke good and not euill, that ye may liue: and so the Lord, the God of hosts shall be with you, as yee haue spoken. .Romans 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become vnprofitable, there is none that doeth good, no not one. . Mark 10:18 And Iesus said vnto him, Why callest thou me good? There is no man good, but one, that is God. .Luke 18:19 And Iesus said vnto him, Why callest thou mee good? None is good saue one, that is God. .Matthew 19:17 And he said vnto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandements. .1 John 3:23 And this is his commandement, that we should beleeue on the Name of his Sonne Iesus Christ, and loue one another, as hee gaue vs commandement. .Psalms 147:15 He sendeth forth his commandement vpon earth: his word runneth very swiftly. .Mark 14:13 And he sendeth forth two of his disciples, and saith vnto them, Goe yee into the citie, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him. .John 4:10 Iesus answered, and said vnto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that sayth to thee, Giue me to drinke; thou wouldest haue asked of him, and hee would haue giuen thee liuing water. .John 7:38 He that beleeueth on me, as the Scripture hath saide, out of his belly shall flow riuers of liuing water. .1 Thessalonians 5:15 See that none render euill for euill vnto any man: but euer follow that which is good, both among your selues and to all men. .Ephesians 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as deare children. .John 1:43 The day following, Iesus would goe foorth into Galilee, & findeth Philip, & saith vnto him, Follow me. Matthew 7:7 7 Aske, and it shalbe giuen you: seeke, and ye shall finde: knocke, and it shalbe opened vnto you.8 For euery one that asketh, receiueth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh, it shalbe opened. 9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his sonne aske bread, will hee giue him a stone? 10 Or if he aske a fish, will hee giue him a serpent? 11 If ye then being euill, know how to giue good giftes vnto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heauen, giue good things to them that aske him?

There are no good people. According to the Bible in Romans 3:23 KJVS [23] For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Yes it says that. Did you have listen?
