The claim that the 'vaccine' is 100% effective means that the unvaccinated CANNOT present a risk to them. Obviously, the 'vaccine' has an adverse effect on the intellect. The claim that the 'unvaccinated' do present a risk is a tacit admission that the 'vaccine' doesn't work. As predicted by the 'anti-vaxers', the death toll is now rising as a consequence of the jab.
