Good for those pro population Governments. So these pricks have financing available maybe the governments can see that once in their debt they are also under the financers control. If this vaccine worked there would be no hesitation but it does NOT work.

I would expect most small countries would definitely refuse an mRNA type experimental vaccines. I'm sure they wouldn't want to take a chance of losing their small population to the evil mindset of Pfizer anyway.
