It never mattered to anyone as long as the trillions were thrown at the military industrial complex. But 600 bucks for the average guy is unacceptable. But where does Rand Paul want to take tax money from next year, when half of the country is bancrupt? Sometimes you gotta feed your slaves to keep them from dying.

Unfortunately he is speaking to an empty chamber, following the adjournment of that day's session. No on one is listening to him and most of his fellow colleagues do not care about what he has to say because most are either in office to pad their own wallet or to push a Marxist agenda. <p> Trump lost the election "Mayor Daley" style, which is how the Democrats continually won both Chicago and Illinois's elections for decades. Daley would withhold Cook County's ballots until he could determine which way the vote was going. If he and the Democrats were losing then Daley would supply just enough ballots in the early morning hours to "win" the election. With the help of the Deep State that technique was used in the recent election to give Biden enough "votes" to "win" swing states.</p> <p> God gave us a generation to reverse the Roe v Wade decision and stop the slaughter of the innocent, and we failed. The womb has been for decades the most dangerous place in America, with over 50 million babies being murdered. Not only have we not reversed the slaughter, we've doubled down on throwing God out of our schools, courts and society in general, while at the same time extolling perverted life styles as "normal". Even worse, C-19 mandates are being added to zoning ordinances as vehicles to strip Christians of their 1st Amendment rights. </p> <p> God is not mocked. This year has seen the beginning of the punishments God has placed on America for abandoning Him. There will be more woes to come.

This deficit hawk DID VOTE for the massive 2017 tax cut that added $1 Trillion to the US deficit.....at a time when the economy was roaring. Really great move. I am so glad that lying Rand Paul did not disappoint and proved himself here the real hypocrite that he is.

Most Republicans don't seem to see that free-money is Communism? There's no difference between the Republican who says, "government will give you free-money" and a Communist who says,"government will provide your needs."

01:06 f: "Why not give more free money?" - Because money supply knows no limits, but production capacity does, even when ignoring the power grab minded "limits of growth" stuff of the Club of Rome. Ultimately, the fruits of production capacity have to be contributed, not simply the money. That's exactly the reason why elites arrogate to demand that normal citizens should fasten for the sake of “Climate Change” while at the same time working for the pleasure of ever more “scientists”, regardless of them driven by curiosity or simply exploitative greed (through scare mongering).

Even worse, modern farming is nothing more than a way of using land to convert fossil fuels to food. If Biden stops coal production and use, as he has promised, then millions of Americans will starve.

Why not $100,000 apiece? $1 million? $1 billion? Everybody would be rich and our economy would boom, right? It's the same logic as the minimum wage. If $15/hr is good and doesn't cause any problems, why not $50/hr? $100/hr? $1,000/hr? Why do you hate poor people by only advocating $15/hr, you capitalist pig?!

I aint getting no money. No, I am one one of them that has to pay for this bullshit. I see some one said bitcoin? HA! just made up out of air, Has no value, just numbers in the computer. What a fool. Someone said the perpetrators of this hoax should pay for it, I agree, ALL their assets should be ceased and they and all their family should be cast onto the street. I digress..... They are all crooked and should be eliminated

Bitcoin is a pyramid scheme. The early buyers (and the original creator) garner the most coins at the least price and profit the most. Technically, the bitcoin ledger would grow too large to be used in every day transactions.

My mistake, the vote in the senate was unanimous, but he did not vote and had spent days before the vote complaining against it. I disagree with him, but at least he is consistent.

The US Treasury does NOT print money. The Federal Reserve - private bankers print ALL of our money. The treasury used to. But JFK gave that sole authority to the Feds. Even though only Congress can do that.

It is always a wonder to me to see empty seats when a speech is being given in a government chamber when the people who are elected there are paid to be there and hear such speeches. I have seen this in many different YouTube videos in many different countries in the world. Isn't it possible for the people giving the speeches to demand that a roll call be taken and have that list submitted to the constituents of those elected to that government body?

local elections are just as important as presidential elections, unfortunately if you don't put in large amounts of effort, you will never know the kind of scum they can be.
GreyGeek
Rand Paul gave that speech to an empty chamber because the chamber had adjourned for the day and all the representatives had gone home for the day. <p> Two things happen: the speech becomes part of the Federal Record, and the giver of the speech can send clips to voters during election cycles. However, what is said during this "after hours" speech isn't necessarily the same as how the speaker voted on the various bills.
