OK, these hybrid cars have a battery life of about 100,000 to 150,000 miles until the batteries no longer charge, IN MODERATE TEMPERATURES, in, say, North Dakota they have a lifetime of about 75,000 to 100,000 miles. And battery replacement is EXPENSIVE, and you cannot trust a rebuilt battery, since all the individual cells wear out, so that will require YEARLY replacement of the cells.
