I recently had an exceptionally obnoxious conversation with a couple self righteous Vermonters, about how "green" plugin electric hybrid personal vehicles are. They feel all smug and special because VT gets a majority of its energy from "renewable" sources. It was lost on them that the hydro-Quebec dams are all made out of concrete & rebar, both of which would not exist without LOTS of fossil fuel usage. Also lost on them, how every single piece on their overly expensive, overly large automobile, required fossil fuels to be manufactured, and required the fully functioning global trade infrastructure to arrive at the factory to be assembled into a vehicle. There would be NO international shipping without fossil fuel usage. I do not understand when people collectively have gotten so incapable of thinking critically or at least coherently. Could this be a side-effect of legal weed? Has it all been 'modified' by gov't labs to make people into lethargic cranially vacant lumps? People don't even laugh while high anymore.

A good working definition of insanity - rather than "doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results" - is the inability to define what is real. If a person cannot recognize reality, they are either very immature (like with small children) or insane. However, the behavior is the same. Kids can grow out of that state but adults who cannot see what is real need far more intensive therapy. But as with most issues, you must first define what the problem is and that, ironically, returns us to the inability to define what is real. So outside intervention seems a must. I don't see anyone offering that to any real extent on our political stage these days. In fact, I would say no one. Look what happened with fools like Dan Crenshaw. Remember when everyone was gung-ho for Romney? And Trump LIKES the vax. That automatically negates him as trustworthy in my book. He may be able to save our economy if he gets a hold of the reins soon but I wouldn't take medical advice from him.

One thing is becoming clear, these socalled 'greens' aren't really about the CO2. They are all about population control, and control in general. They have been betting on the ignorance of the general population, and as one commenter stated, they are working hard on making the younger generation even more ignorant. They are succeeding, and god help us all.

I find most Americans think Global Warming by manmade CO2 is their single most existential threat to all life on Earth. Most Americans are not very bright.

why not call it the brown energy movement. If the lunatics achieve their goals the earth will brown. The bottom line is if it works ie nuclear energy they don’t want it. These disastrous wind monstrosities make me physically ill.

I just found a video of idiots on a stage who sing the line "We don't CO2 anymore!" like a mantra, supposedly to children. The way the singers look like they're probably teachers and kindergardeners. The text in the Telegram post says that a whole generation of children is dumbed down by state propaganda, and that they will suffer extremely when reality hits them, because they belong to a generation born into material wealth.
