What I can't fathom is the magnitude of the insanity of those few very rich people. Note that I use the word "insanity" loosely, but I don't see any other possible explanation for their actions, without having to resort to explanations like they're being forced by aliens or the literal devil or something. I mean, I understand that these people want to get richer and more powerful, that's all they have in their life, but building up a global structure on the premises of AGW and "sustainable development" to "save the planet," seems to me more than irrational. What I'm trying to say is, that I don't understand, why the quasi-religious aspect of "sustainable development" is so important, when they could easily provide good products and good services so that everybody profits and everybody would be happy.
