In the 60s, government was actively working on population mind control experiments. Tavistock and military intelligence was conducting social programming through the music scene & "counterculture" movements, with the "British Invasion" and Laurel Canyon hippy scene. In 1973 the Council on Foreign Relations set up the Trilateral Commission, and that "deep state" have run every administration since. To think that social programming/mind control has stopped, and not grown exponentially in scope and effectiveness since, would be foolish. ---Reagan had Trilateral & former CIA head HWBush as VP, & Trump graduated from the Tavistock Wharton School in '68, right around the height of the MKUltra period, plus later he was buddies with Epstein & the Clintons. (Coincidentally Elon Musk graduated from that same institution, and is now the richest man in the world and most prominent leader in the transhuman movement to computerize the human mind.)
