But to the subject of natural gas... the U.S. was a net EXPORTER of nat gas just two years ago, but he/they shut off fracking and pipelines and now there apparently is a shortage here in the U.S.? Just received my utility bill (SW FL region) and it's 50% higher than for the same KWH usage last month (some are seeing 100% increases). Reason given? "Anticipated increase in cost of natural gas supply". Mmmmkayyyy, I'm breathlessly awaiting that new definition of "better" so I can feel "better" about my monstrous increase in electric bill.
