As a practicing physician for almost 50 years, I have seen the condition multiple times. It is referred to as "Witzelsucht". The condition is due to damage to the frontal lobe or in Joe's case both frontal lobes? His was the result of a ruptured berry aneurysm in his cerebral artery and surgical clip placement to treat the bleeding. This occurred February of 1988 and then he had a second aneurysm, which had not ruptured, clipped in May of 1988 on the other side. Any physician who has treated a patient with this condition should recognize it immediately. All of the information is readily available on the Internet and I am at a loss as to why no one has come forward with it, in regard to Joe. I am especially concerned that Joe's neurosurgeon had the nerve to say that Joe's brain was just fine. (Is he a Democrat?) Fine?? Joe Biden has no functioning frontal lobe!

Scary. I say the comedy show at whitehouse should be over and it's time a real president comes back on the scene.
