What's even more fucked up than this, is that people buy stuff from Amazon in the first place. Our society is already dead, and most of us just haven't realized it yet. There is still hope for humanity though. After rock bottom arrives, small sustainable local communities will rise up. It's going to get very bumpy though.

I thought that is what Amazon do to their stock if it is not sold out quickly anyway. They throw it all in the trash TV's too. I have seen bags of books around my way and other items returned to Amazon and trashed.
