I think the long term effects of the vaccine are not known. That being said, my wife works in a hospital and she has seen many people with covid-19 who are very sick in the hospital from this virus. She has also seen many people die from this virus. There is a spike in cases and deaths from it. Wear a mask to reduce the load of virus if you walk through it and go to work. That's all we need IMHO.
