Not sure what you mean she is a snake? That link is a simple link to her bio. Tulsi Gabbard from this bio was both a long serving American Hawaiian politician and serving member in our armed forces and still to this day serving in our US armed forces. She calls herself an environmentalist and Hindu American. I’m not sure where in this bio you think Gabbard is a snake. From my reading this bio I would conclude she is an American patriot.
