We have been over this and over this...so let's do it again ThePodocasts style! There is no debate on the second amendment no matter how much you wish there to be. An estimated 500-600 million firearms are in the hands of private citizens in this country, and we aren't giving them back. Have your debates, pass your laws, I won't comply. You know where they live, come and get them. For what it's worth, it is a massive weight off the shoulders when you realize that the politicians are just pandering to their base and not talking to actual gun owners. They know there is nothing they can do. The Police know they will not go door to door collecting them. They can continue to posture, Beto O'Rourke, they can continue to threaten, Democrat Party, but in the end it is just words as this debate was settled in 1781. Enjoy firing up your crowds tho!
