Seeing this video as low rez it is tells me it was likely and airplane and not a missile for the explosion we see is not one that High Explosives would create but more like a large fuel/air explosion where thousands of gallons of jet fuel ignites in a big fire ball. The other debris is the airplane and concrete etc. of the building being ejected in thousands of blown apart pieces due to the force of impact. If it was a missile with a large H.E. warhead we would have seen incredible explosive damage to the building.
