11 years ago this month, December, I got rid of the one and only TV I had, and I've never looked back. I've replaced my television time with reading selective material instead: inspirational, educational, and whatever else that will help to improve my mind and body. When others found out I don't have a TV, 5 people tried to give to me one of their TVs. I said, "No, thank you. I read instead and I'm a much better person for it." It breaks my heart that pastors have welcomed television into their homes. God's leaders should have NEVER influenced their flock in that manner. TV has always been Satan's portal into homes and into the lives of growing families. Must we wonder why our world is so sick today?
