I don't know where you got that photograph in frame 04:33 but it's a lie. You don't get initiated into the 33rd Degree because its an honorary degree. You have to do something wonderful for mankind like inventing the Light Bulb, Heart Lung machine, it does not have an initiation or an obligation, it's an honorary degree.
