There you go getting all scientific on us. Where is your panic? Where is the fear-mongering? CO2 was good for the world back in the 1970's, back when holes in the ozone layer were sending us into the next ice age. Clearly we overcompensated for the ice age and sent the world into global warming.

Co2 is some beautiful stuff, you can compress it down into ice and freeze foods with it too !

I've been saying that for years, and everybody laughs at me. One more thing to mention, toxicity levels for people start officially at 1% of air, which is 10 000 ppm, maybe lower, assume half of that. That's still 5000 ppm, over 10x higher than current atmospheric levels. Aaand! If you want to breath better, you can actually supplement a little CO2 as well. Of course not too much, but look it up. We need CO2 for cellular breathing - so called Bohr effect. That's why you should not breath through your mouth, because you lose too much CO2. And that's why giving paper bag to someone hyperventilating helps - they rebreathe CO2. I think at 1000 ppm life would be way better. No wonder some want CO2 to go down.

You are correct. In fact, the OSHA max limit for an 8-hour workday (and on planes) is 5,000 ppm. Plus, there is a 10,000 ppm limit for 10 minutes of work.
