That about "passing a frequency on to someone else" makes no sense at all to an experienced electronics engineer. More likely, the use of particular molecular bond resonance frequencies to selectively modify an existing complex molecule designed specifically to be altered into something else, still functional but with certain different properties, is how RF could potentially be used. Kind of like switching on or off certain properties by selective alteration of the molecular structure and, therefore alteration of its biological effects, but likely an irreversible process. Large and complex molecules, like mRNA or any of a large number of proteins modified with CRSPR and similar such technologies could potentially be formulated with such RF-alterable properties. This could be used for good but, in all likelihood and like every other new technology, will probably first be used for evil. The inclusion of magnetic hydrogel could be part of providing a means for controlled release of the remotely alterable molecules into the victim. By ensuring a significant period of time between injection and final complete release of the substance throughout the victim, an air of plausible deniability can be created upon which the satanically-inspired mass media will cease upon in order to tear down anyone pointing out that the majority of people dying in the new wave of a supposedly new virus were all "vaccinated".
