Further to my comment below, all of the heads of the tech and media companies and the underlings that participated in this criminal conspiracy by either furthering their propaganda or suppressing information also need to be swept up in this complaint.

The only thing I would add to this is it should be expanded to include the entire world so that corrupt leaders in countries like Canada, all the countries of Europe, the United States, and Australia can be swept up in this. Not just the heads of state but anyone who was involved in this in any way whatsoever.
