This is NOT inflation. It sucks, but it is NOT caused by inflation. The price increase in lumber is the result of supply issues and the law of supply and demand asserting itself. Inflation is one thing and one thing only, an increase in the money supply. Yes, inflation is also happening, the government is printing money at an incredible rate, but the lumber prices are another issue.
