But because there is atmosphere at 50 miles, the capsule would fall a bit slower from air resistance so you would feel some weight in your seat. Of course it would be tumbling in cartwheels and you would be very aware of that. Anyone that has been in a small prop plane can do Up Hill Down Hill ie 0 G.
