You are a person with some Alcohol in you that either has Impaired you or Not. There are tests for Impairment such as walking, touching and answering certain questions. There are signs like driving terrible. But an arbitrary alcohol level is not a sign of Impairment. Everyone is different sizes weights tolerances and anyone can look and judge if you are impaired. But they choose to convict the Unimpaired. They want you in fear. They want to take away your rights. They want you alone, at home, depressed. They force you into this unwanted useless inaccurate Breathalyzer but say you don’t have to but they will charge you with a crime for refusing. Does this sound familiar.
