There is a very clear relationship between Food and Realestate. These are general round average numbers, it’s the multiple we are interested in. In 1922 a Loaf of bread is five cents. In 1922 a house is $1000 In 2022 a Loaf of bread is $1 or 20 x 5 cents In 2022 a house is $1,000,000 or 1000 x $1000 So the relationship between bread and house is that when bread increases by 20 times a house increases 1000 times. If bread goes to $20 (20 x $1) then houses go to a Billion dollars (1000 x $1,000,000) If bread goes to 4 dollars which seems quite possible soon then houses would be 200 million.
