The gist of what I get is that the company is actually admitting to nothing in their risk assessment other than various scenarios of what may happen if patients were found to have suffered adverse effects during their clinical trials. This is despite the fact that it has now been proven that they committed fraud during their initial clinical trials. It is not clear to me weather by clinical trial the company means the initial clinical trial with small sample size or the subsequent worldwide trial.
