I'm back a little quicker than I thought but I felt the need to go further than my video of yesterday. This is the freedom of Canadians at stake. Yesterday I spoke about the "war measures act" because this is what Canadians are familiar with. It has a history and is of the very same spirit as the "Emergencies Act" which is the 1988 amendment. Although it was positioned to be more kind to civil liberties, it's actually not and its powers are more broad. I'm taking you through an analysis of the Emergencies Act and why I believe that this trucker's convoy is the set up to it, while presenting corroborating evidence to that end. They are positioning this to be a "public welfare emergency" as one of the avenues to pull the card.
