I am assuming the protocol referred to is that in the US. Here in Canada, our doctors are prescribing a protocol for what they are referring to as covid-19 pneumonia of oxygen, a steroid, and two antibiotics, and the people that are being prescribed us are getting better so obviously it's not a viral Illness but a bacterial pneumonia almost certainly brought on by compulsive mask wearing.
