The unusual part of this amicus brief it was submitted in a rare move by the liberal Trial Lawyers of America guild. They filed a brief in defense of a conservative because of outrageous behavior of the DOJ. As an example: On the stand the FB* admitted to lying in pervious testimony and to destroying evidence that was order to be turned over to defense attorneys.
