If you try to search the Court Case online the Fact Checks and bad press against Robert F. Kennedy Jr are everywhere. However I was able to find a case that lines up. A Case in New York that went to the Supreme Court. Is this the case in question? Personally I believe Most Fact Checkers online have lost all credibility considering how they got Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin COMPLETELY WRONG.
