Anytime you don't see it for yourself and you say, "I'm hearing it" and "I have spoken with" then it's "hearsay." If you didn't see somebody get killed yourself, then it's second-hand info or hearsay. I'm not saying I don't believe you or they're lying, I'm just saying, that's what it is.
