So a Link to that court document would be the least you can bring , i don't have the time to search through their database even so i can speak german as well . Based on what you say here the only thing proven is that they failed to provide evidence , which can simply be explained by the fact that it would show beyond doubt that it is a GOF Monster and with it the exact sequence to the Alpha strain could be used for a functioning non mRNA vaccine , hence they rather get blasted in court and continue their mass experiment .
