Last I heard the Provincial Police and the military both said they will not carry out any federal orders to clear the protesters, and the city police probably don't have the means to do it, or either they don't have the will to do it given the resignation of the police chief of Ottawa. It is also a ridiculous notion that tow truck drivers can be punished in any way for refusing to carry out federal orders to remove the vehicles as they are private citizens and private companies and cannot be commandeered by government.
