I can think of a use of some Thermobaric warheads - 3 guesses who gets blamed for having them : Thermobaric weapons, sometimes called "vacuum bombs," basically suck in oxygen from the surrounding air to generate a more high-temperature explosion than conventional bombs. That would burn down any sample into the stage of vaporized . Risk gone
