I am a retired pilot from a major airline. There are very few three man cockpits left. The B-727 and DC-10 were some of the last of the three man crew aircraft. Most were retired long decades ago.

usually there is only two pilots in most commuter aircraft. not 3, unless its a special situation like air force one. Man was not supposed to fly, unless were talking witches, fallen angels, jinn, and all the other hellish entities. And air force one is also flying evil around.
