Milan Loncar, 25, a recent graduate of Temple University who worked in construction management, was walking his dachshund-Chihuahua mix dog on Wednesday at about 7pm, when two men approached him in the street, according to police. He was about a block from his home. Surveillance video from the incident shows the suspects walking down the sidewalk, then splitting up to corral Milan as they approach him, stopping him in his tracks. One of the suspects can be seen pulling out what appears to be a gun and holding it at chest level to stop Milan. The suspect then seems to reach for Milan's pockets. Police said that Milan used his cell phone to call for help and was found in the street with a gunshot wound, while still holding the dog's leash, CBS Philadelphia reported. Milan was declared dead at the hospital at about 7.30pm. Police believe that Milan was killed in the midst of an attempted robbery. Family members told the Philadelphia Inquirer that Milan's house keys and cell phone were found at the scene. He didn't have his wallet on him - he'd left it at home. His sister, Jelena Lsaid that she wasn't sure if Milan had been purposely targeted. 'I don’t know if they were going to rob anyone,' Jelena told the newspaper. 'If he’s walking his dog, why would he have a ton of cash on him? I don’t get it.' She told CBS Philadelphia that because her brother didn't have any money on him and wasn't carrying a weapon, he
