The forehead of the woman on the right is dramatically wider relative to its height when you measure it using the same visible points on each woman's face (used eyebrows, a point between her eyebrows, and the peak of her head). Though the features of the woman on the left are obscured by shadows, the difference is dramatic enough to leave no room for doubt.
