Anything is possible. Certainly the "test, test, test" mantra seems to be becoming universal. The thing is that testing will have to continue. Just because you don't have covid today, doesn't mean you won't have it next week. I would be more inclined to think that the tests could "inject" the existing or a modified covid, to get that second peak going strong. Whatever, I expect that they are 10 steps ahead of us and that there will be many surprises left for the 21st century.
