This video contains portions of phone calls to the West Yorkshire Police regarding submitting a complaint to the IPCC. In the first call (5:27pm, 26/04/2017) Penny Morley details the recommendation that my case be passed on to the IPCC otherwise it would make her look "dodgy". In the second call (2:12pm, 23/08/2017) DCI Tony Nicholson explains that PC Alex Wilson has "misled" me rather than "lied" to me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqF5UGIQK2E), although there is very little between the definitions of these terms. He goes on to suggest that my complaint would "probably" be investigated through local resolution instead of by the IPCC. I go on to tell DCI Tony Nicholson that Penny Morley has recommended that my case be put through to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
