They are eating soy corn and flax. We know soy corn are ' gmo' ed . And as one documentary I saw showed...you can eat natural occurring or natural occurring that is covered in pesticides which is far from ideal....but gmo is on a whole new level of health detriment ..... and so these crickets are going to save the environment by being part of the demise of humanity.

Reading the credits at the end: Executive Producer - Erica Berenstein That pretty much says it all... If they want to push it so much - they should contact NASA for an endorsement - I would almost bet we will see an actor-naut in the alleged space station consuming that garbage

Insect shells are full of Chitin (pron. kai-tin). It's highly cancer causing in humans. Cricket flour is made of ground up whole crickets and all of their chitin. You're going to love them!

Many of these crickets have parasites that are dangerous to humans. The most dangerous creature to man on earth by FAR is another insect. The mosquito not because of it's sting but because of what the mosquito carries as in diseases. We have heard the term, "it is safe" before and it was a boldfaced lie. This time is no different. Different subject. More lies.
