This reporting is wholly dependant on what they are defining as a case. Even if one accepts that a PCR test is legitimate, which in fact has actually been proven to be completely illegitimate and fraudulent, a positive test would not amount to a case. Also, you cannot count pneumonia as cases of covid-19, which is the only thing I have seen on the charts of patients that I have seen as a diagnosis, as covid-19 as described by the doctors at the height of this in 2020 were describing patients that had actual destruction of lung tissue and of other vital organs. Patients with pneumonia do not fit this description as their lungs are clogged with fluid but their tissues are still intact. One cannot redefine a diagnosis and the term case in order to have them fit a certain narrative.
